Thank you for shopping with ZenBuilt Performance. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All tags, inserts, and accessories must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value if the item is returned in a condition different from its original state.

5. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide proof of delivery and compliance with this Return Policy.

RacingWarranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

ZenBuilt Performance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants to the original purchaser that our carbon fiber racing components (“Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for the applicable warranty period listed below.

Warranty Period Options

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page:

  • Standard Components: 12-Month Limited Warranty

  • Premium / "Unbreakable" Components: 24-Month Limited Warranty

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This warranty is:

  • Valid only for the original purchaser

  • Non-transferable

  • Applicable only to products purchased directly from our website or authorized sellers

2. Motorsport & Racing Use Disclaimer

Our products are designed for high-performance and racing applications. Motorsport activities involve inherent risks.

This warranty does not guarantee:

  • Protection from crash damage

  • Structural integrity after impact

  • Suitability for competitive racing regulations

Damage resulting from racing incidents, collisions, off-track excursions, improper installation, or extreme use conditions is not covered under this warranty.

3. What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in carbon fiber layup

  • Resin or bonding defects

  • Structural failure due to workmanship under normal intended racing use

  • Delamination not caused by impact or misuse

At our sole discretion, we will:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Issue a refund equal to the original purchase price

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Crash damage or impact damage of any kind

  • Improper installation or modification

  • Drilling, cutting, trimming, or alteration of the product

  • Heat damage from exhaust, turbo systems, or engine components

  • UV damage or cosmetic fading

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper mounting hardware or over-torquing

  • Use outside intended vehicle fitment

  • Track incidents or competitive racing damage

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Cosmetic imperfections 

Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect structural performance are not considered defects.

5. Installation Responsibility

Proper installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Improper installation voids this warranty.

6. Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, contact:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos and/or video of the issue

  • Description of vehicle and use conditions

We will respond within 3–5 business days with claim instructions.

If approved:

  • Customer may be responsible for return shipping unless defect is confirmed

  • Product inspection may be required before replacement or refund

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under United States law:

  • Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, racing losses, personal injury, or property damage. Use of our products is at the purchaser’s own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

Except as expressly stated herein, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
