11. Risk of Loss
All purchases from Zenbuilt Performance are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier and marked as shipped, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit or after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance in providing documentation if needed.
